terms and conditions

Terms of Service
from Ab-in-die-DomRep, hereinafter referred to as partner office:

The partner office acts exclusively as an intermediary for individual transport services (e.g. flights or train passages), other individual tourist services (e.g. hotel accommodation, rental cars) and third-party package tours from various tour operators (e.g. Schauinslandreisen, DER, Öger, etc.). In the event of a booking, the contract relating to the trip/service is concluded exclusively between you and the respective tour operator/service provider. The following conditions therefore apply exclusively to our mediation activities and have no influence whatsoever on the conditions under which the travel/services arranged take place. In this respect, reference is made to the relevant general terms and conditions of the tour operator or service provider. Insofar as services are provided by foreign companies (service providers, tour operators), foreign law can also apply to these travel/service contracts.

1. Conclusion of the contract

The description and pricing of a corresponding service is subject to change and legally represents the request to submit an offer or a travel registration. This offer or this travel registration is made by the customer / applicant and can be made informally (in writing / by e-mail / verbally / by telephone / by fax / via the Internet). A registrant acts on behalf of all travel participants listed in the registration, for whose contractual obligations he is responsible as for his own obligations, provided that he makes a declaration to this effect expressly and separately. Upon receipt of the offer or the travel registration via the Internet, the customer / applicant will receive a confirmation by e-mail with details of a booking code / transaction number. We reserve the right to accept the offer, whereby the declaration of acceptance can also be made informally or through conclusive action (e.g. debiting the credit card specified by the customer). If the contract has been concluded, the partner office will issue the customer with a written booking confirmation by post / fax / e-mail.

2. Content and execution of the contract

They apply in the following order:

  • written booking confirmation from the partner office,

  • Brochure / catalog and general terms and conditions of the organizer (e.g. tariff / transport regulations,

  • law (e.g. insurance contract law).

3. Costs and Payments

The booked services are billed to the customer either directly by the tour operator, in which case their terms of payment and delivery apply, or by the partner office on their behalf, in which case we reserve the right to specify the payment method and period (e.g. in accordance with the airline’s fare regulations), and we are not obliged to order the issuance of tickets/vouchers/policies prior to full payment of the invoice amount; in the case of travel services in accordance with Section 651 a) of the German Civil Code, default in payment is dependent on the issue of a security certificate in the sense of Section 651 k) of the German Civil Code. If, in the case of short-term (re)bookings / short-term changes for which the traveler is responsible, it cannot be guaranteed that the travel documents will be sent by post in good time, these must be delivered by courier in consultation with the traveler or deposited at the airport._cc781905-5cde -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_

4. Customer Cooperation

Online bookings received by 6:00 p.m. on weekdays will be processed by the partner office on the same day, those received later or on Sundays or public holidays on the next working day. The customer must ensure that he can be reached at the relevant times on the telephone number he has provided. The customer must check his travel documents for correctness and completeness upon receipt.
For international flights:

  • We strongly recommend (especially for long-term bookings) to check the current departure time in good time.

  • We expressly point out that most airlines make it compulsory for their guests to reconfirm the return flight 72 hours in advance. The customer is responsible for compliance with passport / visa / currency / customs / vaccination regulations.

5. Service and Price Changes

Services that have been changed subsequently take the place of the service originally owed, provided the change is necessary, insignificant and not brought about by the organiser/partner agency in bad faith. Only valid for flights: The prices confirmed by the partner office are based on the fare regulations of the airlines, according to which the ticket must be issued within a certain period; this is used by the partner office to specify the type of payment and deadline (see item 4). Failure to receive payment in good time can result in the service no longer being able to be provided at the price offered. Otherwise, the general terms and conditions of the organizer apply.

6. Rebooking and cancellation by the customer

In the event of a rebooking before the ticket is issued, the partner office will not charge any processing costs. In the event of a rebooking after the ticket has been issued / in the event of the customer withdrawing for a reason for which he is responsible, the partner office is entitled to reimbursement of its own processing costs, which are flat-rate at EUR 50.00 per person; The customer reserves the right to prove that the costs are actually lower. Otherwise, the general terms and conditions of the organizer also apply here (e.g. fare regulations of the airline, which may stipulate in individual cases, particularly in the case of special fares, that a ticket that has been issued, for example, can neither be rebooked nor refunded). It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance including an additional premium for services not used.

7. Liability

The partner office is only liable for damage that is not personal injury up to three times the travel price, unless the damage was caused by gross negligence / willful intent.

8. Severability

The ineffectiveness of a clause of these terms and conditions does not affect the effectiveness of the remaining clauses.

9. Jurisdiction

If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our place of business. The same applies if the customer does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or if their domicile or habitual abode is not known at the time the action is filed.
